Mangas like “Ai o Ataeru Kemonotachi” where a slave/ abused person is bought/saved by a nice person/people. The slave then is all confused by how well they are being treated, but scared to be punished or thrown out so they’re really timid.

I’ve started reading Cardcaptor Sakura manga and I’m confused by the timeline. How is Sakura a 4th grader in December (Li first comes) in chapter 9, but still a 4th grader next year in December for chapter 20 (Li and Sakura in the play)? Chapters 1-25 events make it seem like it’s been over a year so wouldn’t have Sakura and co. all gone up a year in that time?
Does anyone know of any mangas that are dom/sub but where the dom likes to coddle the sub? Like bath them, carry them around, hand feed them? Any suggestions would be great!

I’m looking for a specific manga. It’s about a single dad with two young kids, a boy (first born) and girl (second born), who hires a friend of his to act like a nanny for his kids. I remember reading a bl manga where the seme is visiting a friend in Japan but he doesn’t speak Japanese. His friend played a joke on the seme by telling “will you marry me” in Japanese is asking for directions. Seme gets lost and runs into a very shelter Japanese young man and asked for directions by is actually saying “will you marry me” uke says yes and takes him home and they sleep together with seme thinking it’s part of Japanese culture.
