i had a different experience, so i’m sorry if i might be hella unhelpful… but i wanted to answer anyway. imo there isn’t any other way but to go to your physician and tell them directly that you would like to visit a psychiatrist. they’d probably ask some questions as to why if you don’t know what to start with, so just say you might susp......
