Yeah, the dubcon at the start was questionable. Honesty, I think the story was too smut heavy to really develop their relationship dynamic enough.
I get the vibe tho that the top already had somw interest in the manager bc he a good person (older, clumsy, caught his attention), but didn't think of him in a romantic light until he found out about the crossdressing.
That really leaned into his fetish, but I think they had more going for eachother if it was just fleshed out a bit
