I read the novel and it for the most part is drawn as is. I never warmed up to Gjord I can understand the appeal and need for his character as this thankless lover who actions behind the scene prove his love but as he is presented as is to a reader going along the narrative journey, this man just came across as pushy “mysterious” sex pest and that never changed for me.

this season is a cautionary tale to NEVER marry a rich person. cuz even if they’re nice and the greatest person in the world, they come from EVIL. and their family has the RESOURCES to destroy you and make u disappear. true wealth is something you as an individual will never be able to fight against. evil ppl have already thought about and made plans about how to fuck you over and completely get away with it. YOU DO NOT ASPIRE FOR A RICH MAN, YOU ASPIRE FOR FREEDOM and this world has made u think that the only way to get that is through a rich man. find freedom in those who want to lift you up and you want to uplift in turn. you will never truly find that in a rich man, even if he loves u. learn from all of elon musks baby mamas, a rich man who don’t give a fuck about ur kid will take them away just to spite u and cuz he knows u don’t have any power to do anything.
