She asked for her husband dead and the price for that is another soul in exchange, hers specifically. But Dietrich sacrificed himself instead because he loved her and she was pregnant with his kid.
There’s a lotta deal makings, but the demon despises the god of their world, so it’s making gods favorite (Dietrich) suffer while both gaining power and upsetting the god.
It seems the only reason she’s getting her body back is cuz she got pregnant again, though I’m wondering if that’s Noah in her belly.
Cuz the first timeline was so long ago, to where her soul was in another world before it got brought back to its actual world. It would make sense why Noah’s apologizing.
