I'm a non-English speaker and I had difficulty understanding the last panels. So I searched what grisly meant and it was a feeling of "causing horror or disgust.". So is ED saying that the familiar sense of pleasure he had once taste with McQueen was substituted by Chang's rape and therefore he was horrified and disgusted? Also, I couldn't understand if he came because, once again, he had the pleasure to come but that pleasure became something he is horrified of and feeling disgusted of himself (because he is twitching at the end). And then Chang's expression... is he surprised that he came? is he having a sudden realization of what he did? Can someone enlighten me? ╥﹏╥
