Rashta was stupid, she kept trying to befriend the wife of the man she was sleeping with, Navier simply didn't want anything to do with her, she just wanted to be left alone and Rashta started to lash out at her because of it.
Let's not rewrite the story
All these comments thinking supporting Rashta is the new trend are weird

    Suzzu September 2, 2026 10:55 am

This is such a cold take. Rashta knew from Sovieshu that he asked Navier to look out for for her before she asked Navier to be her ally. She tried to find a common ground. Navier didn't want any of it. Cool. But Navier also didn't stop her supporters and ladies in waiting from mocking, humiliating, and spreading bad rumors about Rashta in court. Navier also did not really give af about her maids and friends being punished for doing so.
Navier wanted to be alone. Knew Rashta has no noble supporters, knew her people was doing wrong and would get in trouble,... She did not give a fuck. Just like Sovieshu she has elitist mindset. She did not give a fuck that commoner/slave would be the laughing stock of court and did not give a fuck about her people being stupid and provocking someone under the emperor's protection.
Just like Sovieshu, Heinley, Edgy, she did not really give a fuck of about Rashta being treated unfairly.

People that mocked and questioned Rashta's origin are NAVIER'S supporters. She prove she's unable to look for her people, control them.

As someone that hate EVERYONE in this story. I'm tired of seeing these discourse that Navier has no hand in this mess that eventually lead Rashta's stupid retaliations.

    Canah UwU September 2, 2026 11:19 am

Navier isn't a good empress. She see the girl as a slave, not her own people who needed help she immediately run away when she found out she still be queen in another country then her husband is responsible of killing and stealing from children from her previous kingdom.she only care about power

    Canah UwU September 2, 2026 11:24 am

The only problem for us is the author making it look like Navier is Mama Mary, girll boss , then also give Rashta the worst circumstances at the beginning and keep fucking her over anf over again to make Navier look so good and "flawless" and also yoir author is hypocrite. She also wrote a reverse harem x empress troupe thst has another drama coming , i guess female concubine is the problem eh? If it's male concubines, it's fine since it's it's a girlboss behavior and males are handsome lolol

    Xxmxx September 2, 2026 11:25 am

You say that Rasta shouldn't be held responsible for her actions, yet you hold the Empress responsible for the actions of those around her and I mean, I too will not stand against my allies for the sake of Rasta because I will need their support when the Emperor installs her instead of me.
Let's not deny the fact that Rasta was greedy and wouldn't have stopped until she was in a completely safe place, and we all know that place is the Empress's position.

You say that Rasta shouldn't be held responsible for her actions, yet you hold the Empress responsible for the actions of those around her and accuse her of not ending slavery. She is not the Empress. As a woman at that time, I don't think she could have led a campaign to change the system of government or overthrow the Emperor without sacrificing her life.

Was Navier selfish and self-absorbed? Yes, and that's her right. I mean, why is it that when Rasta does all her sick things, we say she's just trying to save her life, but when Navier tries to maintain her position, we accuse her of being a selfish whore?

Lmao, i never said Navier is being a selfish whore, when the start of the Webtoon, Rashta was so hated everywhere and they see Navier as this innocent victim, they still now and Rashta's hate will resurface again because of the upcoming kdrama. Wasn't Rashta held responsible with her crimes? Come on, she died and got the worst ending when the men doesn't even get consequence. What i have problem is how author wrote this. Making Rashta look so bad horrible, stupid while having the worst circumstances, like i said Rashta will never ever do anything good because she is there to make Navier good and the punching bag of the story,. Which was horrible writing and Henry? He is also a disgusting man, Soveshit? Nothing happen to him at all even though he's the one who cheated and instead of helping a poor slave trying to escape he thought of using her instead because his own wife doesn't what him.

Calling a slave stupid really shows your ignorance. of course she wasnt 'smart'. she's a SLAVE. She didnt have the opportunity to be smart when her entire life was about survival. And you said yourself, she wants to be safe and she believed being the empress would ensure her safety. She knew the hell she had gone through and she would do anything not to go back to that life. you call it greedy, some would call it surviving. Navier is a privileged noble who dgaf about others beneath her. She didnt like Rashta not because she's Sovieshu's mistress but because she's a slave. Her classist ego got hurt cus a slave threatened her position as the empress.

To be honest, I completely agree with what you said about the author. However, since I can't change the writing, I can treat the characters as if they chose their fate, as if they had free will. Regardless of the fact that the author didn't actually hold any male characters accountable for their actions and only held the women accountable, and regardless of Rashta being portrayed as stupid and which can be interpreted as her being an uneducated, there were some very evil actions she took. Yes, Navier is arrogant and hates Rasta for whatever reason, but she didn't try to kill anyone, torture servants, or spread (false) rumors . Therefore, I can't say that Rashta didn't deserve her end. Are there characters who deserve worse endings? Yes. Did Rasta not deserve her end? No.

Ultimately, the character's past is important to understand why she made those choices, but it doesn't absolve her of responsibility. I mean, I truly understand her being an uneducated slave, a victim of rape and torture, trying to find a safe place, but that doesn't mean Navier should give up her position for her sake. This is what gives it a human dimension, because humans aren't perfect, and in the end, they will choose what's best for them.

"she didn't try to kill anyone, torture servants, or spread (false) rumors"

Turning a blind eyes is as much bad as doing it..she ignore the slavery that happened in her own country and even unofficially support it by being friend with slave trader..her ignorance is the result of Rashta..her pride just hurting more than her sense of responsibility to her people..i say before she is a person..she is an Empress..and she is THEIR empress..if the leader itself ignore the suffering of their people who are they and we to judge on what they have become? Since chapter 1 till end..the Author make her done NOTHING but being glorify by other suffering..if they make Rashta an equivalent position and power with Navier..oh well i dont think Author have that much brain capacity..so they choose the easiest villain to shitting with, throw out every debuff to them and get rid of them after be done using and Navier have her happy ending. The evil woman are been put to death...the men been let go with no accountable..

You are wrong rashta can be smart in fact she is
Now why it seem like that is because navier was given an education and rashta wasn’t
And the fact the she made it this far without education is interesting
Tho she does things on impulse and try to blame others I thinks that’s her way of being smart
You don’t have to be book smart and all off that
I think it’s because they are in a male centered world that you guys thing men do everything for but for me I think
You can either hate both or them or not like both of them that’s it

Guys, don’t attack me, but I really hate this manga. As a woman, I love stories with two dads and children or omegaverse, but I feel like it takes the entire experience of womanhood in a traditional way and replaces the woman with a man.
and yes, I know — but just think with me for a second. If it were the exact same story but with a woman instead, everyone would say the story is boring, too traditional, not exciting, and that the female lead is annoying and male centered.

    arebg452 March 2, 2026 5:12 am

You do realize there are childcare stories with het couples right? The single mother who was burned/r*ped by her previous partner, finds a new prospective partner but is afraid to trust again, yada yada is a formula as old as romance itself. That's what this story is at its core. It became a slice of life specifically because the author was obeying reader requests since the readers WANTED to see the couple just be happy and fluffy together, but the story itself ended in vol 1, with some side events in vol 2 with the whole confronting the bio father bit. From now on, that is all the story is going to be because that's what its fans want, so if you feel its boring that's perfectly valid but maybe just move on then and don't crap on it for the people that do enjoy the topic.

    obake-chan March 2, 2026 6:02 am

I get your point and respect it, but tropes are there to be used. If it's boring with X, maybe it can be more interesting with Y, and that's why we get so many different story genres using the same core.
Yaoi or ABO doesn't take away anything from womanhood because fantasy can't replace reality, it drinks from the needs ppl feel to offer an appealing alternative to reality.
In fact, there's a lot of hetero content that, even being fantasy, can be more harmful than gays being domestic with kids.

    PatatoGuy March 2, 2026 9:01 am

I have to disagree. If this story was a watermelon-pineapple and the “exact same story but with a woman instead” that you stated was a watermelon. Just because the watermelon-pineapple takes aspects from its original doesn’t take away from what either was trying to get across. Neither is worse than the other but what you are saying is that you dislike watermelon-pineapple because it is too similar to watermelon and lessens the watermelon’s taste(or in this case, it’s heterosexual significance.)
-Also I believe that not EVERYONE as you stated would’ve called that type of story boring, not exciting, and the female lead annoying. There will be those who dislike the story but that is with every single story. To believe that EVERYONE will dislike a story just because a main character is a female is a bit interesting to me because I feel like the market for those types of stories with female lead have a much larger audience than those with male lead.

    minmin March 2, 2026 11:40 am

Just kidding. I personally think that this is the essence of omegaverse, that men can be portrayed and put on the same experience of a woman. And let's take into account that naoto (which is oppressed MAN in this verse) is raped and had a baby but still get to live his life, finding his safe space. I think this is loved by many (myself included) because it's a mix of a little bit of good and a little bit of bad that people (woman mostly) experience in reality but is portrayed by men.

I mean I really see where you're coming from, but what makes me a little bit sad here is ( I read all kind of stories bl , gl or straight) and let's be real the fl in many heterosexual trops always gets Drag her through the mud — even if she’s interesting, people always find something wrong with her. Not everyone, but a large part of the audience.
So when they use a very traditional heterosexual trope with a male lead instead, and people just eat it up, it gives me the ick especially with omegaversthat lack authenticity and just straight-up heterosexual clichés.
And I’m against stereotypes in general. But I can tell when I’m looking at a male character who’s basically written with the struggles women usually go through, or when it feels like a man is simply replacing a woman in the narrative.Drag her through the mud — even if she’s interesting, people always find something wrong with her. You're basically saying that your real issue is with the differences in audience reaction that you see between het readers and bl readers. But instead of thinking about the differences in the audience and why that may affect their reactions, you're just blaming the story and projecting some weird feminism on it. The author isn't taking anything away from your womanhood. That's a really immature and self-centered way to view these differences in audience reactions.

    Autumn March 3, 2026 12:05 am

Actually, one of the good points of omegaverse these days is exploring the dynamics of the way women are treated through the eyes of male omegas. In a very weird way, omegaverse is a gender equalizer. Alpha women can impregnate men, and omega men can have kids. It's a unique way to explore a lot of social issues and bias, as well as a different way to explore old tropes. So, yes, this story is same-old same-old in some ways, but IMHO, the author tells it really well. And how a story is told is what makes it different, not the plot. There aren't any new plots...just different retellings of the same tropes in different ways.

Xxmxx February 27, 2026 1:41 am

Guys stop complaining. If you don't want to read just don't. Don't insult the author who works hard for this .
