Alright it's time for me to read the novel already.

I think this part continues from page 365
"I wish I'd met you two years ago." Well Jiho, you might want to sit down.
The way they interact feels very natural; it's much more realistic than most BL. It's not insta-love or a years-long pining situation, they're both adults with past relationships and now they're just two people getting to know each other, albeit a bit more quickly than usual due to the nature of meeting in a foreign country and sticking together. So much so that I actually forgot about the MC's supernatural-ish death sense thing.
MC is adorable, the chibis are next level. ML is an ass and I can already tell he deserves better. Lotta judging without knowing anything about the situation. You’re not supposed to defend yourself from being assaulted just bc someone is older than you? If I saw someone who was being called a demon and being forcibly dragged to church knock over the person doing it, I’d buy them a cupcake for a job well done.
JFC this poor kid's trauma is so deep. Adults saying he has a violent streak when he acts in self-defense is pathetic. Tbh his situation with ML must really be hard for him, given his history. We all like the sweet himbo crime boss, but for someone with so much trauma from violence knowing that this person kills people like it's nothing has to be eating him up inside.

The lengths to which ML is going to uphold this double identity is actually insane and I have no idea what the reason could possibly be.
I do feel bad for him right now though, MC cozied up to him and now just plans to drop him since he got the information he wanted (he thinks.) That's pretty shitty.
