btw the older twin used to be a prostitute for the golden pavilion (like yuta) so yeah get ready for more SA and gr@pe in the authors next work i guess
“someone needs to tell the author” well no. its her own creative works and she can do whatever she wants. im sure she knows theres other ways to write tragic stories. she doesnt want to. its simple. if you dont like it thats completely fine. just dont read. Not everything in this world will exist to please you.
Never said she couldn’t? I was responding to a comment implying that because the author writes about extremely heavy and dark topics, readers should just expect extremely pornographic and fetishized depictions of rape, when no, that’s not something anyone should just expect or accept as an inherent part of these kind of plots. The author can write whatever she wants, but “don’t like it, don’t read” doesn’t magically make criticism invalid. If someone finds the way she depicts SA and rape disturbing or repetitive, they’re allowed to say so. It’s really ironic how hypocritical these “don’t like it, don’t read” comments are, because you didn’t like what I said, yet you still chose to engage with it by commenting, just like I did. Don’t you know not everything in this world is going to go exactly how you want or exist to please you?
just because it happens in the real world doesn’t mean it gives the author free reign to depict it so graphically. we don’t need to see yuta and jooha repeatedly r*ped over and over for the viewer to understand they are a victim. a simple black screen would do, it’s obviously because the author gets off on it
yes so we are saying dont read it if it makes u uncomfortable?!? some of us CAN stomach it and are able to separate fiction and reality without a problem. I dont understand why u force urself into a situation u dont like. just because YOU dont like it, doesnt mean it should be censored. Not everyone will baby you, grow up.
but its subjective. i get that its ur opinion, but the audacity to judge when u r reading illegally is ridiculous. you cant critique the author abt morality when u are literally stealing her time and effort. If you were truly trying to critique from a good place, you would do it where she can see it and legally. ur just hating atp. it brings the mood down for people who enjoy. so to make everyone happy just follow “dont like dont read”.
the fact that you want a smut manhwa to be held up to a standard of realism for sexual slavery is mad weird. as someone whos been in a cult and been a sa survivor, i never expect fiction to reflect realism. its fiction for a reason. and sure people will be uncomfortable with that. This author uses it as a plot device and whether its a horrible depiction, whether its a horrible creative choice, its fiction and im not gna expect a comic to be realistic.

any novel readers what chapter picks up from chapter 65 of the manwha
