Idk I don’t care much for the art style change, the story itself is captivating enough for me to not mind it. It didn’t ruin anything at all for me, in fact it just took a little getting used to! I wish they continued with this story, it was a great read.

This XZY uploader guy in the earlier chapters asking people to PayPal him? After uploading pirated content to a pirating website? Then in the same breath asking us to support the author? Why would anyone on a pirating website PayPal him to pirate an OFFICIALLY translated comic when they could just use their money to legally read the official chapters on the official site to directly support the author.
The reason most of us read on pirated websites is because we don’t have the luxury of affording to support the authors directly— no matter how much we want to.
And sooo many people pirate official content without being paid to do it regardless. And even if he didn’t upload those chapters, eventually someone else would have, and there are so many other alternative manga pirating websites to turn to where this manga will 100% be available.
It would make more sense if someone who was cleaning and translating unofficial raws to ask for PayPal donations. And the people who actually go out of their way to do that RARELY ask for a DIME.

Am I the only one who thinks this?
The pacing keeps throwing me off, things happen but they don’t show what leads up to it? Makes me feel like the manga is missing a couple panels?
One example was when uke met Emma’s bodyguard brother, he never even mentioned Emma or the fact that the bodyguard resembled someone familiar- basically didn’t acknowledge that the bodyguard could be connected to someone he knew.
Then fast forward a couple chapters later, all of a sudden the bodyguard is all buddy buddy with him at a cafe, helping him out while he’s on the run. And then they mention Emma and phone number or whatever- can’t recall in detail. But my point stands- it’s like they skip the whole part where a friendship develops between them. And we’re supposed to accept that they’re suddenly friends now???
Anyways, the pacing is weird. It’s “so sudden”, “in your face” and “jumpy?” Things happen that they don’t show. We see the beginning and end, just not the middle.
Lol I’ve never read something with such odd pacing before. 6/10
