This is the first time I seen bl manhwa, no. This is the first time I see a romance story who showing what happen at the very end of their story, and Im talking about making this part as an extra ending instead of making it part of main story as angst component. Now that I have seen it, it’s not quite a good experience…
Just a fun fact, Its typical fantasy, conspiracy, lets kill the main culprit kind of story. The ml action in the early chapter is unbearable but he quickly become ‘not that bad’ since he will abandon the weird hobby when the conflict getting real and they actually takes some time to getting closer until they date.
I have a high expectation since the promote cover artist have a dreamy palatte but the real manhwa doesn’t do the novel any justice. The novel feels like a fun action fairy tail and its easy to ignore the ML early behavior since the writing is engaging. But the manhwa panel doesn’t feels professional at all, considering that this novel have perfect rating on official site, the quality didn’t reflect it, no hate to the artist tho.
Highly recomend to read the novel instead but I didn’t know where you can get the novel for free since I manually mtl it from ridi.

Guys, its really off topic but Yuuji other webnovel “Tinder Box” will get a manhwa adaptation soon, its especially popular in Passion fandom since the MC is as loveable as Taeui. Also the story have this Fantasy Fairy Tale theme unlike passion dark theme. The conflict is light and couple fall to each other naturally, they also got funny three talking cats in there
Just remember what story I have read before with the similar “infantile state after trauma” story, turns out its beserk, the difference is the chara from beserk didnt have anything happen to her again until she manage to recover. No wonder this story feels so uncomfortable, even the heavily criticize manga due to their dark theme doesnt takes thing that far(them having intercourse while one of then is in that state)
Its off topic but did you think the Gable last name the author give to Yuri is inspired by Clark Gable? I just watch Gone With the Wind and Vivian Leigh life description “a successful business man can live like a prince in India” is exactly like Alain(Ilay’s friend) description. Not trying to act different but my “plot over smut, brief smut story” obsession start bcs I read Passion that I didnt even waited of xinlu and yuri doing smut while reading. So I kinda suprised ppl find the iltae smut is too much, I get it tho if you find it unbearable, it might feel too many since the conflict thick while relationship progress is fast but comparing to other similar story, Passion actually barely have any
