That's actually what the story is about, you just won't get the message early on. The entire story is about the plight of omegas in a time of extreme discrimination and eventually to the beginning of the turning of the tides to a time that will be better for omegas in the future. This is the story of that moment in time, the turning point. In the end, we are left with the hope of a brighter tomorrow where omegas will not have to suffer the way this one and the second one have had to.
It's not excused by the characters in the story, they're just children in the beginning parroting what everyone has always said though. The two alphas in the beginning are actually the reasons that things begin to change.
this is the best omegaverse i’ve read. not only is the plot unique, everything is also so well done and feels intimate
I was exited for a female alpha but everything was rushed and didn’t like how it ended. FL was annoying the entire time, no redeeming arc. second lead was 1000x better imo! other girl also deserved better. (i’m not good with names)
