I loved how this manhwa portrayed both the characters so well and how the story ended tbh.

Basically Caesar was a child who was raised to be so on guard all the time, and so violent, that he has no empathy at all. He was not born a psychopath, but rather shaped into one through training so inhuman he actually feels detached from being human at all, add to that the fact he's rich and that he has gained influence all on his own, and what you get is perfectly narcissistic psychomathic cold blooded mafioso. Then again since he's in the mafia family business you honestly can't tell if the threatening he does is visceral or not: if you speak to him as a person who's involved in the mafia, you would assume he's threatening you during a conversation js bcs of that fact alone and to appear more intimidating , but even if he DOES tolerate you the threats he makes during conversations are literally subconscious to him atp especially sibce those are very much real threats; you can't see it in general, but when it comes to Leewon the only person he has ever loved, he threatens others so casually as if it was a part of life and they were js insects to deal w that it's super unsettling. At the same time that doesn't mean his own character does not have a play in how he acts, since technically everyone reacts differently to severe trauma, some ppl get depressed while others make it their mission to make others depressed.
BUT, then the manhwa starts, he's interested in Leewon at first then we realise as time goes on that Caesar falls in love w Leewon, and we all know what dat mean (if I pulled Leewon THE miss Korea I wouldn't wanna let go either tbh).

The thing is that he's not normal, Leewon clocks that at the start, but he doesn't realize how much Caesar who is a very volatile and dangerous person RLLY loves him that it highk means he is now obsessed w him to a point where when Leewon planned to leave, he shot his presumed lover thrice then r@ped him for a week threatening him so that he would never leave him.

Sooooo that alr is HORRIBLE BTW, but I expected smt like that to happen if Leewon tried leaving knowing how Caesar was, wich is why it surprised me to have ppl online acting so shocked and glossing over a LOT of stuff that happened. What Caesar did is unforgivable, and I do NOT condone it, but I was mad how ppl js ignored the continuation of Leewon's whole reaction to what happened, he was not ok w what happened to him and he was understandably very very very mad at Caesar, but he couldn't leave bcs of what happened to him.
Then towards the end when Caesar slit his throat when Leewon told him they'd break up, Leewon panicked and Caesar js went like "so you do love me" wich shows how f up he is and their different morals.
Then by the end Leewon finally understands, that Caesar is genuinely crazy that he has no morals bcs he wasn't raised w any, and that he has never received love so he's probably clinging on to him bcs it'd be too painful for him if he left.

And then he said, that even if this was crazy he still loved Caesar and it was now up to him to teach the later how to act properly so that none of them would get hurt anymore.
(overall this was different from a lot of manhwa w this setting bcs Leewon is affirming to several ppl that he does love Caesar, but he also understands how f up their relationship is and he js accepted that unfortunately since he's in love alr, Caesar is obsessed w him, then he might js make it work for both of them, not without realising that he has Stockholm syndrome, tho he doesn't say it outright obviously and simply chose to live w it)
