I wish she could get a happy ending not involved with the ML. The ML was a victim too but he was also (willingly or not) the MC's abuser. Regardless of what happened, at the end of the day he caused her such grief and pain. She should be able to be free from her abuser and he should never be in her life. I believe ML deserves happiness too (and he was brainwashed since childhood) but not with her. Never with the MC. Maybe he can find love and happiness later down the line but not with his victim. I would root for him to be with another love interest just as how I deeply wish MC could've been happy with another love interest as well.
It saddens me to see that at the end of the day, the author is allowing for an abuser and victim to stay together. No matter what regret, grovelling, and repentance the ML does it doesn't erase his past actions. Some things are just unforgiveable.
He knows it himself, which is why he tried to break the marriage. Even the character understands this concept, so why must the author push this tragedy to continue.
She couldn't have talked to her sister?? Instead she chose to betray her by getting the prince to exile her and getting with him instead?? For her own good?? Like, she truly deserves to never get the title of sister again, if I had a sister like her who needs enemies?

Instead of being mature and asking the other party their dumbass pride got in the way and at this point the Happy Ending is for them to get actually divorced permanently. There's just no trust in this relationship, truly think they should not be together because they can't find security in each other. Like at this point there's so much unnecessary grievance that getting back together would make a mockery of what happened.

So you're telling after all the ghosting he did to her and which she rightfully blocked him after trying to communicate and he just kept ignoring her, he then decides he's going to forget about her BUT she by chance lives next door so he decides to harass her to date him again ALL because it's just sooo convenient cuz she's next door.
He could've found her and tried to reconnect this WHOLE time, he knows where she lived before she went to college, he could've gotten in contact with her somehow but no, cuz he's a selfish prick. But when she somehow moved in next to him he decides it's "fate" and stalks her everwhere. If he cared enough, he would've. Clearly he doesn't and now that things are convenient for him he just decides to go for it.
What a terrible ML, I need girl to stand up and never get together with him. She deserves someone else who can communicate. He makes me want to pepper spray him because he won't just leave a girl alone.
YES YES YES. Literally I agree with EVERYTHING you said. I disliked the ML bc he never communicated with the FL and instead ghosted her which pissed me off. Our FL should’ve pushed him away way more after how he treated her but I knew she wouldn’t bc he was her first love after all.

I dropped it after ML and MC had thats stupid ass misunderstanding and they split. Can someone tell me if it's worth it to pick it up after that? Like did the ML grovel enough cuz the MC was REALLY suffering big time and it honestly disgusted me how ML acted. Can anyone give me the details on what happened afterwards?? And how they got back together??
I mean they get together sooner than I expected bc of a time skip. But he’s really disrespectful before he finds out that the celebrity guy was lying
They get back together; the ML apologized and is treating the MC better. He realized that he was acting like an asshole for not trusting the MC and treating him like shit. After they talked about everything and the ML apologized, they started to live together again, and the ML started to kinda infantilize the MC and treat him like he's super fragile, made of crystal, and not letting him do ANYTHING, not even cooking, even walking. He started to get anxious about the MC leaving him (AS HE SHOULD BECAUSE HE ACTED LIKE TRASH), basically developing separation anxiety. ML is still possessive but is not aggressive or angry with the MC; he's afraid that anyone might steal the MC, but in this latest chapter he's apparently getting better??? And realizing that he can't just lock the MC at home or make him avoid others, he wants the MC to be happy the most. NOW the ML side quest is that he is chasing that guy with red hair that abused the MC, but without the MC knowing so he won't get worried.
In the end, I think you should give it a try; the MC is kind of a bird (accepts the toxic behavior way too easily), but the MC, although harmless, is toxic too. He's possessive just like the ML, just doesn't show it. Also, they both have a codependency on each other so that explains a lot of their behavior. In the end this is not a fluffy relationship nor a healthy one, but they cleary love each other and for the looks of this latest chapter they will probably (i hope) grow for the better.
The groveling part is short, but extreme (like all of the ML’s emotions and actions. If you’re interested in yandere MLs, then it’s worth picking back up. He gets even more obsessive over dae once they get back together.

I’m not sure if they ever ended up clarifying whether or not the ML slept with other people while he and Dae(MC) are apart, but the ML treats dae badly for quite a few chapters before they get back to lovey-dovey-type interactions. I believe it was more the redhead guy who was bullying and blackmailing dae that was the reason dae didn’t enter college at first. But, ML is encouraging and helping dae get back into his schooling in the recent raw chapter.
