Can you help me with the poem of autumn fields part in chapter 2. I don't understand how that clicked something in the blond's head and why the pedo shit got glossed over.
for the poem part, i think that translating a poem is always a tricky part so i still struggle to understand it fully...but for me, how i see it, its thats sajou completed and he was willing to complete the part that kusakabe forgot. because when hara (the professor) forgot the rest of the poem or said the wrong prose, sajou didnt respond or complete. so, it may be just my interpretation, but i think its just a proof of sajou and kusakabe complete each other really well and accept each other... i got it when i watch the movie honestly lol and it still MY interpretation so i may be very wrong too lol
for the "pedo" part, i think its partly linked about history of yaoi/bl/shonnen ai (wtv you like to call it). it "glossed over" so easily because it was a pretty popular trope at the time (the manga is beginning to be kinda old now)..if you look back at the history of bl, it always tackled with harsh themes with more or less subtlety and all...i think on of the reasons why the way harada is super creepy is not really acknowledge during all the manga and is even giving a full side story :/ but again i might be wrong!
(also english is not my first langage but i hope you could understand everything and that i could answer clearly everything!!)
i never really like omegaverse (feels that sometimes it always goes in the same boring tropes) so for many reasons i find all a lil bit too unserious to really care about omegaverse but i saw the beautiful pages and artstyle + the story seemed interesting so i tried to give it a go bc you never know!!!
BUT IT WAS ACTUALLY REALLY INTERESTING AND SO WELL TELL ლ(´ڡ`ლ) i love how the pages were organized and how the characters conflicts were drawn and even like how the lust/heat was portrayed it was kinda intelligent and really new to me (but again i'm not a big omegaverse reader so maybe it's not that new and its just me) also i like that they can't fight the want/desire of doing it but they want to respect and even take care of each other so they have to find a comprise to have sex while respecting each other...
i think that, even in stories with sex at the center of the story, it's rare to see it explored or tell that way so it was really original to me!!
also the interior fight of the "alpha" was soooo well drawn, i was in awe (☆▽☆)
apparently, theres more volumes so im really excited for the next part of the story!!!
i didnt watch the drama adaptation (yet) but i decided to read it bc i avoided before thinking it was really only porn without any real interesting plot but I WAS WRONG and im so happy i finally read it!!!
the characters and their traumas are interesting to follow and their reconciliation is sweet, romantic and emotional! i loved seeing them grow and heal together it was really moving<33 i will read the other works of this author (i love their artstyle too)
i really like the manga and most of the things about france are true lol its kinda funny to see the vision of other people about my country espacially paris
BUT theres this misconception about la bise lol its only done between women and from men to women and almost never between men they juste shake hands lol
but its true that we do it like between family members and friends sometimes and even between coworkers (its less frequrnt but can happen tho)

ANYWAY the manga was great, had a good time and it was really a sweet romantic love story hehe
honestly i already reaaallly love this author but i feel like in terms of story and characters this one has really more depth, more mature and overall even more poetic...im so impatient for the next chapter>< if its published in my country i will purchase it immediatly i think!!
as a lesbian around their age, its so refreshing and...relieving to read this kinda of story...no wait just to read this story because ive never read a yuri like that to be honest or even a love story like that...
i love that we see them and their friends and exes evoling thru out the whole manga and its really pleasure to see so many girls/women with the different way to talk, act, think and love other women its so relieving for me...to see their complexes, their insecurities and in a very realistic unbeautiful way i absolutely love it and i want more story like that!
also i absolutely love that we see saeko and miwa fall in and out of love, go tru breakups, see new people, grow up and then go back together...
its been, idk, 3 days or more since i finished reading this but it really really stuck with me and it makes me wanna cry bc it really me feel like theres a futur ahead of me too! representation is so important to me personnally, to feel less lonely in front of my own insecurities...
OH and i love how sex topics are treated, not as pure porn or performance, but as something singular and human, its always so interesting tbh...
i think some topics passed over my head bc i absolutely devoured, i need to read read it (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
