I feel guilty whenever i have mood swings out of mental fatigue, because it could hurt others. Other than that, I don't think life is supposed to be a fundamentally happy thing. It is beautiful, but it is complex and so are we. Happiness isn't a norm. So i wouldn't feel guilty about not feeling happy.

Sweetheart. I am so sorry to read all of that. This is obviously not a healthy environment. It seems to me you would need to take your distance from your parents.
It's not necessarily about hating them or cutting all contact with them forever, but maybe your environment needs to change for one that allows you to have control over your life.
