I'm rereading and there are some things from the official translation that are pissing me off. It feels too literal and it makes JinWoo look like an asshole... I'm gonna miss BLSesam's translation so much
wait really?? i haven’t read the officials, can you give some examples of that? nskaiaiusjs
In their first sex scene, where JinWoo is paranoid that DaeHan is just playing with him, he says he's 'acting shameless' and in the official he straight up calls him a slut And the too literal thing is in random dialogues, the first one that comes to my mind is the Korean expression when someone is bothering another person, the official put 'do you have a death wish?' when it's two friends speaking (way too formal imo) where BLSesam put 'wanna die?'. Idk, it just feels meh.

Agreed. Not specifically here, but I generally agree. Good, unofficial translators could maintain that natural vibe in their translations more than official releases. I have read this story with the unofficial version & had no chance to compare. But I sensed it in many other stories before.
