Not hate but story of stranger in the mirror is based in china since they made chinese people and govt military bad also korea has bad history with china so many people attacked artist , but artist wanted to continue working on that work but that work goes into more dark politics which hurted people sentiments ig so she has dropped that and she picked another political based storyline "barge in" which is set in korea so there won't be any problem for it.

Yeah, I know; it's just that this one is way problematic. I don't think the artist wanted to complete the stranger in the mirror because she herself said that. I mean, it makes sense it's brought her a lot of problems, but it's nut that this one didn't get the hate, 90% of the story is rape. Like, people keep saying it's just fiction when it comes to rape, but God forbid an author make something political in their work. THAT's the line that they can't cross.

Politics is actually dirty we can't sugarcoat what artist made is like she made it based on north Korea more and many people with money in kroew would want to read it you won't believe it's best selling and top on ridibooks english audience doesn't read it or doesn't even know it but korea they love to read it a lot i actually can guess cuz artist did god work to show the expressions of characters that show they as creepy disgusting as ugly as possible except ryujin. Beside hime everyone are same time. Stranger in the mirror she wanted to continue it but her company told her to call off so what she can do? ..

Those scenes are clearly made to be sexualised. I don't know how you don't see it? Do I think that we should ban rape from fiction? No, I'm against censorship, but it's hypocritical to make authors censor themselves when it comes to politics, but when it comes to sexualising rape, it's fine and dandy.

I read artist"s side not from stranger in the mirror and she was disappointed to drop story she wanted to draw very beautiful scene from novel but couldn't i don't know why you are hating on artist but for me shin is disgusting after knowing his character so for me he is creepy and disgusting... Even if we know rape happens in fiction plot it's not mean that we should always put everything in reality ... What I m only trying to tell that it sell a lot in korea compared to English reading audience and I won't even defend this story cuz it actually sucks except ryujin cuz he suffered a lot ... Since I read whole novel I m still traumatized if hating it can make you stop reading it then do cuz I personally have hate or like with it and i actually respect artist for showing human bad sides in dystopia.... I genuinely didn't attack you; I tried to be nice about it. Maybe I forgot she said that? I don't know... Also, I know it might surprise you, but I don't hate the artist; I'm more mad at the people who made her drop it. I just found it hypocritical that they found a problem with that one but not this one. Actually, I'm grateful that she brought "Stranger in the Mirror" to life. Her art was actually so good that it was suited the manhwa; it's just sad that it got dropped.

Sometimes countries ties play important roles south korean doesn't have good history with japan and china that's why people found it problematic compared to "barge in" which is set in korea and more likely north korea like .... I also like stranger in the mirror, but she might love to ti work in challenging stories compared to cliches her art is absolutely beautiful but get limited cuz of stories she works in. But i see her instagram account and X some extra art are good , i know you didn't even if u diss or hate this story i don't care cuz it shouldn't be anyone's frvt in the first place lol so it's alright but her art is unique and shows characters side which most artist has hard time of showing "expressions" and detailing tooo.

His flesh will be made anew. Meaning that he will get a new body for himself. Since his body is weak and crumbling, he needs a new one to live. It doesn't mean that a new body (child) will be made in him. Of course, idk if there will be mpreg or not. Just that this particular line isn't talking about

My bad, I misinterpreted your comment. Yeah it very well could go that way, I also had the thought the author would give his new body a uterus or something. And the raws and translations come out simultaneously so there's no way to know ahead of time sorry. It might be better to marinate for a bit? Until it's clear whether or not it's gonna get mpreggy
