Maybe I’m confused because I’m reading this before I take a nap, but after this chapter, we find out that Yoojin has trust issues because of the kidnapper and his parents. Okay I understand that, he can’t trust people. What I don’t understand and what makes him a shitty person regardless of his past is that he’s toying with the uke. So the uke physically try’s to stay away, doesn’t say he likes Yoojin, never asks for sex, so he in no way is trying to trick Yoojin. So why is Yoojin lying to the uke? I would understand if he did this because the uke confessed or something and Yoojin will “act” like he loves him because he doesn’t trust the confession but that is not the case here. Is he just an asshole and wants to manipulate people?
in no way am i defending yoojin because i agree that he's an asshole, but he overheard jihoon's conversation with his manager where he said yes to "using yoojin". jihoon was just saying yes to not start anything but yoojin misunderstood him and that's where he started seeing him differently (if i read correctly) so im pretty sure he's now putting on this act to toy with him right "back" in a way
I don’t find it weird that he likes his step sister since they aren’t related by blood. What I find weird is the fact that she is supposed to look a lot like their late sister, so whenever he kisses her and stuff it’s fucking weird because if his real sister was still alive, she would look a lot like Hari. And the twin brother liking Hari is even weirder. I really liked her with the blue haired guy and maybe even the prince, it would’ve been nice to read a story where they treated her like crap (while liking her romantically) but she finds happiness in the end with someone else as revenge. I hope we at least get to see an alternative ending where she never went back in time
You like the brother and Hari’s relationship don’t ya Squidward ;) Haha I wouldn’t have read it this far if I didn’t appreciate their work, it’s just odd seeing people not think their dynamic is weird. I think another thing that’s off is that Hari really wanted to be seen as his sister (if I’m remembering correctly) and now she grew to like someone who she looked up to as a brother. Eugene’s liking for her is not that bad because he’s never considered her as a sister (still tho the fact that Hari looks like his actual sister is bleh)
Whenever situations like this pop up, I really question my morality. I don’t blame the author at all for acting like she did, and when she says stuff like “you’re killing us” I’m sure she means she’s not getting payed enough for her hard work and creativity, it’s probably putting a toll on her mental health, yet if I payed for every single manga I’ve ever read, I’d be broke too. I feel so bad, I do. Manga and reading in general have been such a huge part of my life, and I owe it to the authors but at the same time I don’t have money to spend on each story I’m reading. I know I’m shitty person :( I wish something similar like YouTube existed for Manga and Webtoon creators.
I think the Webtoon app does a fantastic job of this. Creators are monetized by their reads and a lot of authors have been super successful from having people read their ‘free’ content. I feel for the author, ALL of the authors on here, but it comes with the territory and there’s no excuse for her behavior (death threats, etc). I empathize with your sentiment and hope that someday that happens!
I tapped on follow instead of reply Σ(っ°Д °;)っ anyway...
You're not a bad person for not having money. What you are doing is self guiltriping yourself for no reason. There's just too much work for it to be worth it. What they need is exactly the equivalent of youtube or Netflix. A place were you pay by ads (like those kind of illegal sites ironically) or by subscription. Paying by book or chapter is just too expensive. We live in a world with no jobs or money for gosh sake !
With what am I supposed to pay ?
(yeah so I sent it by mistake so here is the rest of the message, I'm tired)
Anyway all that to say that whatever reason you have to read illegally rather than the official post is valid (except if you are super rich and even then it could be your protest against an unfair system).
What is not valid is doxxing people. That is an extremely malevolent things to do, trying to send a mob of aggressive people to a person in the hope they'll get hurt, killed, bully, harassed or mistreated is a very manipulative, vicious and messed up thing to do.
Never get fooled, people who doxx never have good intentions when doing it, they know ans hope the result will be trashy.
It's a violation of privacy and except if they are working in the law they DON'T have the qualifications to judge if it's justifiable or not. So don't get roped in by people who doxx, they just want to use you.
Another thing that isn't good is threatening people.
This author is garbage. I'm done reading her stuff.
I cried so much after finishing this but I feel like so much stuff was left unanswered. What about K, he obviously had something to do with the crime, why was he so interested in the seme, why did he drug him? Who was killed that day? What happened to that one boy who K was beating? Did the seme actually do it because he couldn’t cut up the body of the other guy. I wish this was all answered
This is just a small inkling of mine, but in the special chapter (the one where Jooin is a daycare teacher) Jooin says yes to little Cains small confession and just worries over small Yawhi’s confession. SO what if this was a small hint that Jooin will end up with Yawhi. I mean it’d be pretty damn unique if the uke doesn’t end up with the toxic seme
