The fact that you don't even realize what you're saying. It's not about IN GENERAL how Aaron should have ideally acted in a healthier way and us recognizing that what he's doing is problematic, it's the fact that you believe that a character with "clear signs of obsession" has NO other way of acting than restraining and raping right after the person they will end up with in the story had been through all that torture by others. It's not "either or", either be fluffy or be a shitty rapist. Those are NOT the only options to explore and show problematic behaviors of characters who are part of a story that centers a complicated and morally questionable romance. That's exactly why I'm saying you don't see them as intriguing characters whose actions should at least be cohesive with the aim of the plot, but as caricatures who act out smut tropes and we shouldn't expect better writing.

This one is the first in connection with Smyrna & Capri. This will ultimately have to have either a sad or ambiguous ending to having a jumping point to the next where mpreg will be slowly introduced thus leading to Smyrna & Capri. From what I remember Seth and Shuraka are connected by blood in a wishy washy sort of way.

Currently, the sad ending is merely speculation on behalf of some fans as, in order for the world of Smyrna & Capri to occur, this one will have to ultimately end for that one to come about.
