Okay this is not with ill intent whatsoever but I think the discourse around Seongmin is fucking stupid bc this story is NOT normal or lovey dovey. I LOVE Seongmin in the way I love dohun and Yuwon (moreso Yuwon bc he’s my fav) NONE OF THEM CAN BE TRUSTED!!! but dohun has somewhat proved that he’s at least a bit more credible than Yuwon. NO I don’t think Seongmin is entirely innocent. Does that mean I think he’s done heinous things AT THE MOMENT. no it doesn’t, but the fact that ppl are having genuine arguments wanting him to be innocent or evil makes me so sad for this story bc THATS THE POINT NONE OF THEM ARE INNOCENT. (Sorry I just feel so passionately abt this story) Seongmin DOES have odd tendencies. He IS unsettling not only in Dohun’s POV but sometimes yuwon’s as well but bc yuwon is delusional (like deadass medically, he has delusions) we overlook them and I do believe that the author did that intentionally to sort of shift the audiences focus from Seongmin to dohun bc he’s like actually fucking batshit. Anyways I don’t think dohun would kill Seongmin (if he did) js because he was jealous (which he is, exceedingly so) I JUST WANT PPL TO UNDERSTAND THIS STORY IN ALL OF ITS COMPLEXITY AND BEAUTY Anyways I love all u and pls share your all’s opinions bc I want to talk abt this story with someone SO BAD. I love all three of them sm and I just wish more ppl could see that none of them are perfect, there’s no such thing as the perfect victim which makes this story so good!!
