I thought everybody likes anime back on high school cuz basically everyone in my class and the friend groups I had loved/watched anime. Then I heard about the horror stories that anime enjoyers overseas suffered because they were the only ones who liked it in their neighborhood or sth.

I've found some untranslated manga that I wanted to translate and update here, but before I do anything else, I wanted to know how to upload a NEW TITLE that HASN'T BEEN ADDED here yet.
