I have really bad insomnia so I understand the pain of just rolling around until you finally drift off. I typically get comfortable and start a breath exercise. I breathe in for five counts, hold my seven counts, and exhale for five. You can change it for whatever you're comfortable with. Sometimes that doesn't help so I decide to play a word assoc...... reply
i mean ik till was going to die. i honestly saw no chance in hell of him surviving considering that he was the “rebellious one”. in order to build stakes and heighten tragedy, characters like this typically have to die because their very existence is hostile to the status quo. ik this logically, but it didn’t make it any less heart wrenching ...... reply
