How do u try to fall asleep when u need to?
On nights (days for some) that u rlly need to sleep but cant sleep, what do u do and what do u think abt while lying in bed trying to fall asleep? I just usually daydream abt going back in time to the what-if points of my life until i fall asleep. What about u guys?
I have really bad insomnia so I understand the pain of just rolling around until you finally drift off. I typically get comfortable and start a breath exercise. I breathe in for five counts, hold my seven counts, and exhale for five. You can change it for whatever you're comfortable with. Sometimes that doesn't help so I decide to play a word assoc...... reply
