It starts off with forceful non-con between the seme - Izumi / "Master" - and the uke - Satoshi /"Pet" - which Satoshi says he liked anyways afterwards so "it's fine".

In Chapter 2, they were bonding a bit, had a sweet exchange of communication and Satoshi inviting Izumi to his parents' house - which is an old-Japanese-style inn - because Satoshi learned that Izumi is interested in that type of architecture and structure and Satoshi's sister found out about their relationship and was supportive and they had a short exchange of expressing their wishes for the future involving one another being together.
Pretty nice and overall good things, along with pretty hot explicit sex scenes.

Then, in chapter 3, it goes down the shitty drain with a 3rd party - Anjou, a professor who apparently had a relationship with a sensei back when he was young and was dumped. He has a position of power that he exploits to blackmail Satoshi into sexual favors/acts and is about to penetrate Satoshi when Izumi arrives and "saves" him. Anjou didn't get punched, accused publicly neither to the school or the police, and he later shows up where Izumi and Satoshi are talking saying he's come to apologize and he brought sweets saying "you'll forgive me with this, right?"

Satoshi doesn't even get angry or tell him to go away which Izumi does, but it's a short reaction and does nothing.
