Only stories you have rated and/or tagged were recovered, nothing else did or will come back. Try looking through the comments you've left on stories to find the ones you're missing, or maybe try looking through others lists or something.
I went off mangago for a month and came back to 99% of my list gone

People said the mango developers crashed their disc or something, so all the lists disappeared, then started reappearing again, but only if you tagged them. If not, they're gone forever.
