It seems to be a forced blackmail and NTR/cheating plot. MC believes that the ML is blind, and the ML’s brother happens to be in their home. MC was snooping in ML’s office, he found ML’s rut suppressor or whatever. The brother sees that and uses that to blackmail him, that if he doesn’t sleep with him, he will tell the ML that he was snooping.
(MC is so dumb, he could have told ML first.)
So MC reluctantly agrees I think and next panel shows him having sex with the brother. The ML is at a dining table, eating. ML is actually not blind and can see his brother and MC having sex in front of him.
Later MC seems to be feeling guilty and the ML has to go to work or somewhere. The brother is still there and he forces MC to have sex or else. So it's mean they are separate souls with their own stuff, but still have some similarities such as physical attributes. But in the notes to season 1. The both seme have different backgrounds: different heights/weights/type of personality/family background
2. I think you will need to reread the 2/3rd chapter because the Solarus Seme is dead. And the chapter 4 will show you that the Varp portal had been open and Earth seme came to Solarus.

Author mentioned in chapter 4 that the Varp technology have been used to communicate and connect to others "Earth", as well they used it to trade resources and technology with other parallel planets. BUT in all that the Solarus never did teleport people from others "Earth", so they aren't have idea if it's even possible of existing "parallel identities"
