I worked at a math center for kids from a rich town/city when I was in high school, and tutored more rich kids from the suburbs during the weekend. I did get a recommendation from one of my friends, and it helped that I was a calculus TA at my high school. I was nervous b/c I was surrounded by a bunch of students the same age as me, and 3 tax bra......   reply

i'm a mathematician :DDD my favorite part about my job is having 2 big blackboards in my office and a chalk collection (im boring). i do indeed read a lot at my job but they arent necessarily exciting reads :(   2 reply
