You're just having one of those "clumsy" days.
Try not to walk too much. It may hurt you even more. Just sink in your couch/bed and watch some anime. Ask someone to make you hot cocoa. You wouldn't want risking yourself by walking to the kitchen.

You could also be having an inner ear problem. Do your ears feel stuffed up? I agree with the chocolate and the anime though. It won't fix your problem but it will make sitting around waiting for it to get better more fun.
