No. I'd be like those girls but I wouldn't call you weird. They should know better than that not everyone is living their perspective. You need not to be affected by those words. People are different and if you are being called out by being yourself don't be bothered those people are close minded and only think about how they see the world.

No. I personally would like to treat all celebrities and such famous people the same as everyone else. I feel like screaming and fangirling is somehow rude behavior. Well, there's only a one person in this world that I fangirl over so it's not really my problem. Fangirling is so irrational and weird.

It isn't weird for you to not be excited. There are a lot of people, myself included, who have no interest in celebrities. The only thing that would be kind of weird/rude if you were to say that in front of him. After all, you said he was a local artist. Thus, it's more likely for fans to have meaning to him, however, interrupting their excitement and basically saying from his perspective what might sound like "this guy isn't a big deal" or "why are you getting excited over a nobody?" could be hurtful.

If you are married or has a boyfriend, tell him to talk to that man. If not, then tell him to stop it because it is an actual crime. I do not know where you live, but public indecency is a crime in almost every country. Unless if you live in a shit hole country somewhere in Africa, he is commiting a crime.
Since you don't want to get her involved, the easiest way would be to actually threaten and be frank to him. Just threatening is fine, as long as he stops (since you don't want to involve her) . If he still doesn't stop...talk to her in a joking way about his habits or about how he acts. Either way, she should know. Unless if he is just an open all door sort of guy, pretty sure he wants to cheat on her with you. I don't know about you, but I'd like to know if my significant other is doing that.

Sorry, u're case and my case was different, cz u're boyfriend I think he do it unintentionally,, maybe coz its a habit,

u just scream like "arghhhh" to scare the pervert and attract others. sure it will be awkward afterward but it will remind the pervert that you arent scared easily. make sure to take extra precautions when u are alone. try to avoid being alone in dangerous area. and again tell someone. if anything happen (god forbid) at least he/she knows.
