    I dunno the manga you're talking about, but if the shoujo manga I like, "Black bird" and "Shinobi life" are surely in my top 10, of course both have strong boys and strong-heart girls.

I'm trying to find this manga: boy suffers prejudice because of his hair and he loses control when angry. he meets a girl in the woods. can not touch her because she gives shock. i read this manga last year!
