But however I think him ignoring Mok-yeon is because clearly Mok-yeon ruined his image in front of someone and he doesn't have that strong of a feeling for him yet. I also believe that Mok-yeon is an unreliable narrator and delusional so his pov tend to exaggerate what is actually happening.
