Hot or cute buff bottoms

So I love buff strong bottoms but they are mostly always in the most toxic manhwas ever with r*pist narcissistic shitty tops or there is dubcon etc. Please do any of you have non-toxic manga/hwa with that kinda bottom (also preferably ones with not much smex (could even be shounen ai) but if there is its fine too)

    It's really worth reading imo, and mc isn't stuck chosing between two but more focused on healing mentally and escaping toxicity.
    Kinda spoilers:
    It's more like trying to move on and get free from a very toxic and traumatizing friendship/relationship to a green flag ml. So it is in a sense a love triangle since that ex friend is still trying to get the mc, but it's one sided. I really liked the story and the ending was quite satisfying for me. There's also a mature sequel btw.
