You got the rich ml, the poor mc, the weak mc, the ml in power and control, abuse, trauma, and sa. This setup is like any other toxic bl, but just with a different time period. That’s already a problem—actually, many problems—so I'm not trusting anyone trying to convince me by saying, 'This is good,' or 'It will get better.' I genuinely don't care if it does. I might just go ahead and skim the middle and end of the series and call it off.

70: "I'm just a fool when it comes to love". Deadass???? Like he knew what he was doing. Everything he did was intentional, manipulative and abusive for his selfishness, for power, not love. Love is an after thought to him. Bye- "But it was only at first" Yeah, and? He's still wrong about that. And he still made him wait up to their "wedding" and only communicated his thoughts now. And MC is just eating it up still - 'Only took me like 60 chapters to hear this from you and now I get 5 chapters of romanticized abuse with you". No tyvm. Like any other realization and conclusion that has been written before.

I also noticed the creator buffed the ml more, almost like the 2nd ml. I think his previous appearance was fine, so idk why they changed it. They're also now over exaggerating facial expressions. Yuck. All these changes are definitely made to appeal to hetslop readers. I am not the target audience (anymore).
