Well, yes, that is the thing, even if you just said it sarcastically.
It is different when you are the victim, of course you have personal issues against them, but if you can think with a leveled head you should be able to understand that most people have their reasons to do what they do.

I know why you said it sarcastically, the world is turning everyting to hate and revenge, we aren't taught to understand the other person, just to feel that they are wrong and we are better. I believe that the world that acts that way is in fact creating those people they want to reject.

I haven't been raped, but I have been badly mistreaten, and while I hate the people who did that to me (because, as I said, it is personal) I also understand that they had their shit going on, and I hope somebody could help them change. Not me, of course, in fact I wouldn't mind if they die painfully (my feelings say one thing and my head another, yes), but just rejecting people when they couldn't act differently because of their circumstances does not help anybody.

That is saying that someone has "reason" to kill 50 people and we should try to understand that their issues. I don't give a fuck about their issues. They have done something wrong and they should be punished for it the end. If we just forgave and tried to understand literal crime because of their "issues" then the justice system would be more of a failure than it already is.

I don't know how they pronounce it in Spanish, I live in the southwest US, and I've heard it both ways. Mo-hah-vee and mo-hah-vay. I've never heard anyone correct another person on its pronunciation so I guess I can't say for sure. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
