The beastman have been the native in that land.
The empire was the one who decided to extend their territory without the native's permission.
Isn't it just land grabbing?
That's why there were war
The beastman lost
They lived hiding in the mountain because there are still discrimination and hard feelings lingering after war.
But the human kept extending their territory development
They lost their family, land, way to live little by little.
Isn't the one at fault here human-
This is kinda absurd. Was the village chief crazy?!
I don't mind to look down on them.because they were commoners or some of the like but honestly the author is a bit dumb.
In a such strict hierarchical society it was suicide to talk back to your lord. And he dared to tell the princess to get out of that land?
Gosh in that world view, all lands belong to the king, imperial family and nobles. Commoners like us are just numbers to fill the statistics.
Though we still probably are only just numbers to the government.
Agree with the protagonist. Eventhought the childrens have power, what kimd of f**ked up country used their child as a soldier.
What's the adult doing?
It's been so long since I read the novel, so it was kind of vague.
There would be a lot going on.
But everything would be fine in the end.
Daddy would save the day.
This still holds the truth even in reality.
The greedy people in the position of power would do anything to covet whatever they wanted as theirs.
Even if the justifications are ridiculous and they used dirty scheme behind the scene, there were still people who believed in them even if evidence were tight in front of them on plain sight and their reasons devoid of any logics.
The different is, there are no powerful protagonist to save us-
Some brave people ended up in jail or in detentions.

Why did her 1st brother looked so scary-
