In my eyes Juhyeok is not a toxic person. He uses Suah for pheromones bc Suah made him dependent on them in the first place. Juhyeok does not need to be nice at all to someone who has forced his body to need them.
And like I said the SA that Juhyeok does is nowhere near the level of assault that Suah be doin. Juhyeok thought Suah was gonna be ok with it and was confused to why Suah wasn't reacting. Suah knows Juhyeok doesn't want it and was told stop multiple times, kicked and pushed away multiple times, had Juhyeok crying and yelling, and the dude still didn't stop. It doesn't make sense to reduce this to they're just "both wrong and toxic"

The story says that if u keep scenting an omega it makes them not be able to control their own pheromones and makes them have irregular heats. Suppressants don't even work on Juhyeok because of the effects of scenting, and his body is permantly fucked up because of the scenting. Juyeok also woulda been able to control his pheromones naturally like other omegas if Suah never did the scenting thing. Juhyeok told Suah when they were kids to stop the scenting, but instead of stopping, he did it secretly for years without consent.

Tbh I also feel like Juhyeok would choose any other solution other than Suah's pheromones, but it's impossible for him now bc Suah, and the author is making it a whole important plot point/conflict in the story. So rn I'm just trusting the author is gonna make some good development happen. There was a lot of good development in the first story the author wrote, so I hope it's the same for this story.

I see it as the toxicity that he shows *only* happens when he's been pushed into a corner and forced to be a victim to Suah. Suah said he was doing the scenting to protect Juhyeok, but it ended up making Juhyeok worse. Other omegas in the story ain't getting assaulted even tho they're around other alphas bc they can control their pheromones naturally and can use supressants. The scenting actually didn't help protect Juhyeok in the end. And tbh I feel like Suah did the scenting to keep other alphas away from his omega, even if protection was also a reason.

I feel like the author made it purposely so that Juhyeok only needs Suah's pheromones so that they'll learn to work thru their issues and eventually end up together. So like idk if a doctor is gonna end up being a solution.
