Seima is famous and president of the SC. Mizuki, Fuji's love interest, had the whole unrequited love with Seima as well.
Also, Seima had been Itsumi's stalker before they were together so he knows about Fuji.
They are best friends... it's better to read the other book first

Nah. Fuji and Seima aren't bestfriends. It's Itsumi and Fuji that are bestfriends. That's why Itsumi was confused as to how Fuji knew Mizuki when Itsumi didn't even tell Fuji that he was bullied by Mizuki.
And it's more like Seima knew Fuji coz Seima stalked Itsumi so much (first book) while Fuji heard of Seima from Mizuki or just because Seima is really famous to begin with.
(... Not sure if Fuji already knew about Itsumi and Seima being together or he just figured that out after this apology session)
