Yes the the developers for other sites like to*nkor, wfwf and such are different people, but they were kind of mirror sites of newt*ki because they literally stole most of their content from it. Which is why these other sites are currently still uploading but not nearly at the same frequency as when newt*ki was still up, they have to get the chapters themselves or elsewhere (mostly from the new newt*ki FAKE site which is now only available to people in Korea that also don't use a VPN, which exposes their IP address and puts them at risk. Yup, there's a whole drama going on, korean users are pissed as well)
