Yes it is. Well, I would say semi illegal cause ppl don't actually upload stuff there. It's just a catalogue of sorts for novels with links to where we can read it for free. And those links are for illegal sites. Since the og publishers are also mentioned it's not completely illegal?

Translators usually take down their work if the novel is getting an official publication , i mean in the case of the novels that i have come across ,atleast.
i would say no. it operates in a grey area because it’s technically just the middle man, it doesn’t host the illegal translations. the illegal translations are hosted on other sites, and those other sites are the ones that get hit with DMCA
