Any yaoi/shounen ai manga which starts with the seme's POV ?....

Gibberish June 13, 2020 9:38 am

Are there any other shounen ai manga like My Starry Sky where the romance is not that important but the story behind why they fell for each other. And please let it be with a good, meaningful plot (>m<)

This has been ticking me for some time now. I wanted to ask why there has to be a community for LGBTQ+. Like everyone's just equal right, we are all people. So why there needs to be a seperate group. Why do we refer to ourselves as LGBT. Is it because we know the true meaning of love.. I'm a lesbian since I was born and this never came to my mind until I was 17 when some other girl pointed me out. Obviously I knew about all these since I was 13 or something. But I never felt the need to question myself. When a friend came out to me, I think I was 15 back then, I was like - "Ok". I didn't think about it much. I was like what's so big about that. But seeing all the recent discussions reminded me of that time.
Sorry for all these blabbering but I couldn't find any appropriate place than this to shout out my feelings.

    yuyuuki June 12, 2020 7:53 pm

idk how old you are now but in case you didn't know lgbtq+ people like us get targeted for being lgbtq+....if people saw us as equals then there wouldn't be a need to create a community lol. there's a long history of people holding resentment towards lgbt for no reason other than our preferences. i won't get graphic but even in today's society not everyone who's lgbt get treated as equals. some people still can't marry, or be seen in public in fear of being attacked or judged. hell some places don't even allow adoptions or blood donations from lgbtq+ people. the people at fault is society who didn't and some still don't see us as equals hence why we created our own community, why we have a pride month, and why we celebrate it.

    Lianne June 12, 2020 7:54 pm

Then everywhere would be considered appropriate to shout out your feeling.

There isn't, thats why there's communities.

    ThatGayChicken June 12, 2020 8:00 pm

It’s not being separated from the world.

It’s having a community to fall back on, a group of people that have felt your same worries.
We are all people, but with different experiences and opinions.

My problem is that being part of the LGBTQ+ isn’t a personality.

    Kerrrr June 12, 2020 8:02 pm

because people with similar interests, goals and struggles tend to band together?
Because a group of organized people get better results than any individual.
    It's really not that complicated.

    ivy June 12, 2020 8:26 pm

like you said, we are all humans, we are all equal. sometimes I feel weird bec. I dont want to know or I am not interessted in your sex-behaviour or who you want to sleep with. lol (I only want to know when I want to do dirty things with a person^^) with close friends its maybe a bit diffrent bec. you spent a lot of time with each other and you also tak about love-interests. but sometimes it feels like people are proud of beeing pan-sexual or something. is sexuality something to be proud of? isnt it a natural thing? dunno I think you can be proud of good grates or when you did something.

    GoldenScale June 12, 2020 8:28 pm

Historically speaking, this group was necessary to fight for lgbt rights when people didn't accept them as part of the society. They needed to regroup people to make a "revolution" and it worked.

Nowadays, lgbt groups are necessary as there are some countries where being gay is still illegal or frowned upon.

    +++ June 12, 2020 8:30 pm

idk im a straight ally but im pretty sure theres a community for the sole purpose of it being a community. its a sense of family and acceptance.

i don't understand. i'm a bi girl and plenty of my friends are pan, gay, etc etc. but we don't talk about that stuff? i just feel a sense of relief knowing people who understand the basic problems most lgbt go through. the community isn't literally a community. anyone who's lgbtq+ can be considered part of the community without being ”in one" like a forum or group. pride in countries where it's accepted is still needed as it sets an example to other places that refuse to acknowledge it. if anything it can amplify the voices of lgbtq+ people who aren't fortunate to live in a country with basic rights for us. so as i said before, not everyone looks at us as equals and yes even in places that lgbt is seen as normal because there's still plenty of cases out there that shows pride is very much needed. the only thing i could think as pride being criticized is either by straight people or terfs.

Any shounen ai/yaoi manga with big ass uke and big ass seme

Dude Nogara June 5, 2020 3:32 am

Here's a yaoi manga that was popular a few days ago-
The seme had a seemingly darker skin than the uke and had green hair. The uke had light brown hair and pale skin. The seme was a transfere student in the school where the uke was a teacher. They both were like childhood friends....It's a japanese manga.
Please help me find this. Name of jp mangas are very hard to remember

Dude Nogara June 3, 2020 10:02 am

Are there any- from friends to lovers -shounen ai or yaoi.... I've probably read many of them but, are there some very unpopular but freaking good....

Dude Nogara June 1, 2020 9:25 pm

Anyone know some yaoi mangas where the seme and the uke both are hunks like with great body build. Not bara but also not the ones where the uke is small or fragile.
