I forgot about the biggest problem here it’s the lack of understanding and explanation about the main character power and his place in the power scale what’s 10 level or more ? To what does it correspond ? Even though you don’t need everything explained, with drawing it’s difficult to understand the scale of a battle. is that strong or not ? So a bit more of explaining or events to show what’s what would have been good not like an adult explains to a toddler but in the flow of the manwha
I didn’t read the novel in completetly but they don’t follow the novel here I don’t mean the plot but they skip some arcs I mean they go over them quickly because not findamentally needed for exemple the arc in the north is way longer with more explanation not just a 2 chapters arc I believe we are here around chapter 100-110 of the novel which makes an enormous difference in details in the world building in the character and especially in the power scaling which can’t really be understood here, moreover you pass through character that appear more significant in the novel or with more depth, however I really liked the manwha the art is magnificent especially the artist depiction and use of light which is 10/10, the fact that they make it not completely follow the novel is not particularly a problem if you consider this an adaptation and doesn’t pose that many problem when reading except a bit of lack of depth in interactions world building and comprehension but honestly it’s not that bad, sometimes novel are too long for nothing (I would have still liked a bit more but well) and the art and story telling here compensate for it so I really like it

Well for one they never argued/fought over who was the leader and the white haired girl never acted so cold or mean. She was actually the one who asked them to be in a group instead of it being the guy. In the novel she seemed a lot more fun and chaotic so it was really wild to see how story made her in this chapter
Yeah exactly even the way they treat his constitution or the way the character are is completely different especially the guy with long hair, Seol ryeong is also supposed to be small and very cheerful
The MC wasn't fazed by the white-haired girl fighting either, but found it hilarious to see people fighting her while protecting their

Yesss she was a lot more likable and a bit comedic at times. I’m not that far in the novel but they have zero romantic attraction at all and they just seem like rlly good friends. I rlly hope the manwha has a better way of adapting her… like why make her cold?
Seems like they wanted to fit the tsundere like type of character with the first female character that would stay/study with the MC like every other story, she seems way better and funnier in the novel
