it's mostly consensual don't worry. if you're sensitive to that kind of thing maybe don't read it? in my opinion it's not that terrible. i won't downplay it cuz consent is very important always. i will only say that ML is clearly falling head over heals so when FL suggested some sort of change he became all bratty about it if that makes sense. read at your own discretion. i can see why they said that but if it makes you feel any better she isn't like fighting him off and protesting the entire time saying no and for him to stop. in fact she plays along. now i could be very wrong and feel free to disagree but from what i just read it really was not that bad to me.

she was protesting and it would obviously be assault irl. it's not very violent though and eventually consents but like... I honestly think the ML's reaction made it seem more rapey cause he's says "your mouth says no but your body says yes" its just icky. but it's fiction and it's not so bad that the reader cant project their own consent onto FL
yeah it definitely felt like it for like 5 seconds of the read but then it just dissipates to me. like i said he was being a brat and bad man. i mean i hope there aren't anymore scenes like that. other than that i think it's actually a really good story. and i hate reading straight smut.

i kinda wish the story was just the past life stuff. the characters are way more interesting and we actually see how their relationship progresses. in the present, they kinda just have sex and their isn't much else to ML's character(the present version). we are never shown anything to make MC's feelings for ML believable.
Kinda agree, 'cause like Taeoh seems like an extra in the present to me, the author did him dirty tbh
yeah we get no scenes between jiwon and taeoh of them being people and developing their relationship. it's just sex. not to mention taeoh kidnapped, imprisoned, and serially raped MC. I know that makes sense for him being a criminal but it still ruins the romance and isn't consistent with his past self.
it feels like jaeseok is the real ML
I like the story and all but I feel like its a lot of telling instead of showing. like the ML narrates his back in one flash-back as tells you exactly why he acts the way he acts. it's just kind of jarring and makes him feel like a character instead of a person in the story. you can communicate his psyche by guiding readers to come to the conclusion on their own.

I love this story! It's such a hidden gem. so so beautiful. it feels like genuine art rather than a lot of the cheap webtoon slop. you know it's good shit when the environment is properly illustrated instead of green-screened in.
