i've been reading yaoi for a long time (along with other media) but for some reason, after reading and finishing wet sand specifically, I've kinda lost all interest for this "genre" in general.
Imagine you know the ending of every story you've ever read, it would make you loose all interest in reading because it wouldn't be fun anymore, right?

hot take: harada, the yaoi mangaka, sucks. his stories are not a good deception of psychological personalities. like including a whole chapter with a detailed description of a child getting raped adds literally nothing to the plot, there are so many other ways you can explain that a character had gone through a traumatic experience without drawing ...... 1 reply
okay maybe privately ask the other girls if they noticed that sobbing is asking weird and if they all do just confront her about her behavior and if she still doesnt change then try and hang out with you twin or other people. i've read so many mangas but with mostly male protagonists, i've recently started reading witch hat atelier and the mc is so cute and strong and not fanservice so im rlly happy about that. even though the story is good and i WILL keep reading it, i want to go into more manhwas with female protagonists that are more psychological and not in the action/fantasy genres!!
