There's a tv drama about this.

If you like dark, psychologically damaged (because they both were) emotionally driven characters who are out for revenge and don't care who they trample on to get their revenge, this is for you.
This is a roller-coaster ride of all the worst emotions. This is not an easy read. It stressed me so much hoping the author didn't let the mc get raped by others. No it's not acceptable when ml does it but if you read dark romance manga long enough it becomes a given that it's probably going to happen in 90% of stories. It's horrifying enough we start out meeting the mc when he's being forced in a sexual situation.
To me this is a perfect five stars.
Because of the mc revenge and ml redemption arc.
I liked the story telling about how the ml was using his position to get information to tear his mother and her co-horts down and every person loyal to him had a grudge against the pharmaceutical company that's why they joined him.
You have to get past 40-50 chapters before you see any signs of the ml beginning to change so hang in there because there is a lot to trudge through.
I do think it's interesting that after the ml carved his name into the mc, he never took pride in it or possessively touched it or kissed it during sex, he always went for the other shoulder. He always avoided it when in other stories the badguy ml would be turned on every time he saw it.
And of course ml planned suicide.
Why wouldn't he?
He lived every day knowing he only lived because his father and brother died for him and he was going to take his mother out in the process.
I'm not excusing his treatment of omegas but you have to keep in mind he was gang raped constantly by omegas in front of his heartless mother (that would kill anyones conscience) omegas that came from the pharmaceutical company, the same omegas he was torturing in the beginning.

This story is best read by someone who can see both characters point of view or you're only going to see a victim who let his tormentor off too easily.

Gio knows exactly what he's doing.
He knows it isn't ethical or moral or right, going to do it anyhow.
I'm not in agreement with everything Gio does to mc.
He never believed in emotional love, thought his dad was a fool for losing his mind over a woman (his mother) he's had sex with women since he was a teenager but to Gio it was just an-itch-to-be-scratched thing.
Never kissed the women, didn't care if they enjoyed the sex.
That's why during their sex scene when Gio pulled mc onto his lap and slid in deeper he wasn't expecting it.
Never tried different positions with women, always like we saw in first chapter.
It was only about his own release.
Then the mc walks in and for the first time he was gobsmacked. He knows how the mc sees him, doesn't care.
He believes that if he let's the mc say whatever he wants, do whatever he wants, spend whatever he wants then he can avoid his dad's situation.
He never thought the mc would love him but he believed in time as long as mc gave in, he would see the benefits of being with Gio.
