I know some people are team Jae-woo.
I’m still a new reader here—though I was spoiled with the ending — and so far, I am not convinced MC should be with Jae-woo based on how Jae-woo treated the black-haired guy. Seo-woo, on the other hand, I’m leaning towards him ‘cause I know his intention and affection is good. I just disagree with his cowardice, and I just want him to “man-up” and have courage. I’m aware there’s a back story with each of the twins.
For the black-haired guy, whom I do not know the name yet or if he is relevant in the story, I hope you will find someone who does not treat you like Jae-woo is currently treating you.
Anyway, I find the story interesting enough to want to continue.

I have planned to re-read this. This is one of the first BL stories I read—when I was still falling down the rabbit hole— and I will never forget cursing BWAT for making me cry like a waterfall. Remembering that time made me not want to re-read it yet. I’m such a coward.
But ever since then and now, this story is one of my top and unforgettable BL stories. BWAT-nim became one of my fave authors. This is a masterpiece.
My heart goes out to both of them, truly.
But in this chapter (chapter 8), my heart cries out for Su-ah. ╥﹏╥
Without any dialogue, the scenes captured Su-ah’s sorrow, pain and desperation when he found out he is an Alpha. Imagine thinking of the possibility you wont be together with the one you love. They didn’t know yet Juhyeok will manifest as Omega; however, as Juhyeok’s past was shown previously, it was really thought he will be an Alpha.
This story is interesting so far. I hope both of them will be able to communicate. Our babies deserve their happy ending. Ugh, I’m a sucker for their pure innocent love since childhood.
I saw a post about this and I decided to read this because I got interested with the premise.
This is an okay story for me. I was wondering why uke decided to breakup. At first it did seem reasonable but then as the story flowed, it was obvious that the solution is communication. Any relationship, friend or family or romance, communication leads to understanding. That is, if both parties are open-minded and emotionally mature. I guess in this story, they had to learn that the hard way. I know some couples during my student days who were like that so it wasn’t exactly a suprise the characters were acting the way they did.
It was frustrating for us readers haha. The drama and the back-and-forth. It was a fun enough read for me. I would agree to some readers here that the ending is a bit lacking. We’d love to see them be a couple now that they are starting an honest and healthy relationship. Well let’s hope for side stories! *fingers crossed*

I felt like it was an abrupt end But good thing there’s side stories. Everyone will have thrown a fit if it just ended there.
First things first, though belated, a resounding round of applause to the author and the team for bringing this story to life.
Now, for the review of whatever you like to call it. I love the story’s pacing. That’s one of the things I noticed why I am drawn to continue reading it. It doesn’t feel forced and it doesn’t need a lot of smuts just to keep it engaging. I’d love to know more about Jay’s backstory though.
I have guessed somewhat how the story will end or how it will come together. There were hints throughout the story. But it still delivered that excitement and engagement needed for all to wrap up. Some may find the climax anticlimactic, but to me, it was really just right. It felt like all the pieces needed were clicked into place. And oooh! Let me just gush about that Board of Directors meeting scenes! I love a legal battle type of sh*t. I just knew Yoon Jay is gonna tick my head with the right amount of dopamine.
There were some pieces I think that needed to be addressed or revealed but I guess they were not that important or will probably be revealed in the side stories.
Anyway, I will probably be in the “Re-reading group” after the side stories. This story is one of the best. Cheers to all.

I like how this story’s “smut” scenes are “slow-paced”. I like how it’s not full-on *fwop fwop* if you know what I mean xD Although I don’t condone scenes where there is no clear consent —scenes like touching Yoohan while he was sleeping (sexual harassment, etc.).
Can I just believe that Jay is smitten with Lee Yoohan? I know Jay seems like a “manipulative”, “suspicious” person with the way his actions are…but towards Yoohan, I want to believe that he is genuine towards him, like Yoohan is the person he needs in his life. ╥﹏╥

I have heard of Roses and Champagne for a while now. I’ve been holding off reading this since there were comments saying there’s gr*pe and it is really violent. But you know what? I thought I couldn’t handle it but boy was I wrong. I was like, “I’ve read stories that were way more violent than this”. I surprised myself. I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I’m glad to prove myself wrong
Out of all the characters for Dokja, there’s just something when it comes to the Supreme Ruler. I’d like to think they’re soulmates, even if not in a romantic sense.
