I hope the second dude won’t be considered as a potential love interest by haedam, the author should have introduced him later on, we were just introduced to the two main characters.
But we’ll see how it unfolds, I saw a few snippets of the next chapters and it doesn’t seem Haedam cares for the new dude the same way he cares for Hoon, so yh
She just looks like a child, she asks for permission to go see her friends, she runs away when they’re abt to have sex, she doesn’t know what a condom is, she isnt really written like an awkward person but more like a shy teen, and yh that’s because she is, she jumps from being a high schooler to being a grown man’s wife.
She is a fantasy, not a character well written.
You’re very well aware she is barely of age. He should have just said no when she asked if he could wait for her. And then they could have meet again a few years later. But no, the author wanted her to be fresh out of high school, wanted her to be “pure and innocent”.
In my opinion it’s not even a good love story
I cried, it’s like when i watched heartstopper, I wish for a friend group like that, I love my friends but none of them are gay or trans, and sometimes I wish ppl would look at me and know that I’m gay, but since I’m quite feminine I guess I’m supposed to just like men.
I wish straight wasn’t the default sexual orientation.
Anyway this is a great manga. I want more gay characters in shows and mangas/manhwas that just exist, that love, without their sexual orientation being the main topic of the story, and with no homophobia (you know like a blockbuster and the MC just happens to be gay) But sometimes reading realistic mangas feel good too, and it’s still something we need to showcase, real experiences…
Awww I love the cover!!! That official art by Oda is a favorite for me, the Astro boy ref and the colors and all, love it
