This shit reminds me of low tide in Twilight. Both MLs are trash and rapists who don’t understand what the word “no” means, and for some reason, both series are popular, and the MLs are loved. I’m out of this bullshit.
This was such a difficult read. I picked it up because of how much praise it gets online, and someone had recommended it to me before, so I had really high expectations. But chapter 2 broke me! I decided to keep going because everyone kept saying it would get so much better and all that bullshit. I almost lost my mind trying to get through this shit. 60 chapters were literally just rape, abuse, and self-harm.
And the ML is genuinely disgusting. The way he was always warning the bottom about alphas and bad people when he’s literally the worst person you could ever meet. And the way he tortured that guy and the bottom’s father, while acting like he was the best thing that ever happened to the bottom and his savior It was honestly so embarrassing.
I finished it hoping maybe I’d change my mind and start liking it, even just a little, but my feelings didn’t change at all. The situations in the last few chapters were cute and enjoyable, but it was the moments I enjoyed, not the characters.
And the way omegas are treated in this story is complete bullshit. Omegas are basically treated like women in a patriarchal society, so if feminism has finally emerged to fight for women’s rights in our world, there should be movements in theirs fighting for equality regardless of secondary gender. Having people treated like shit because of their secondary gender in this day and age makes no sense. Authors really need to build their worlds with some logic.
Also, how did the ML’s parents have a child if they were both alphas? And why can’t lesbians get pregnant in this world?
Anyway, this was honestly a bad read and it’s so so so overrated . I know I’m probably going to get a lot of hate for saying this, but whatever. I think two stars is more than enough. And I really wish ML fans would take a step back and rethink things, cause regardless of how much you love him, calling him a green flag? That’s bullshit.

And the first thing he did was have sex with someone who looks like his rapist. And to make matters worse, the seme is sad and angry because he couldn’t tell him apart from his twin, even though he never even told him he had a twin in the first place.
And let me guess, the twin is going to become someone they keep running into, turn out to be a good person, and maybe even fall in love with uke and become a love rival, instead of facing consequences and going to prison.

I’m dying I read this and I wasn’t particularly sad about the top or anything, until I read the comments mentioning that he’s autistic. OMG, that makes everything so much more heartbreaking! The way he was laughing in chapter 30 until the bottom angrily interrupted him… I’m crying
But honestly, I don’t blame the MC either. I mean, he didn’t know about the ml’s condition, so he really doesn’t deserve all the hate he’s getting. I just hope they’ll understand each other better.

Okay, it was a pretty decent read overall, although I really didn’t like the whole streaming thing and how they casually brushed off some really messed-up stuff in the beginning. Especially when they locked the bottom in a hole so anyone who passed by could have sex with him. That was really, really, REALLY disturbing, and there was so much disturbing sex
Okay, maybe this just wasn’t my cup of tea. I think I liked the second couple more, but the development of their relationship was kind of weird, and the communication between them was weird too.
Other than that, there was just SO much sex. At some point I got tired of it and started skipping through the pages whenever the characters had sex because there was just way too much of it. And to be honest it was kind of boring to…

Okay, I haven’t finished this manhwa yet, I’m only on chapter 66, but I have one problem: yaoi bottoms really piss me off sometimes .Like, you literally have a rich boyfriend, just borrow some money from him and pay him back later. Getting yourself trapped in a cycle of loans and debt with companies every single time is genuinely so fucking ridiculous. I seriously don’t understand where the “dignity” is in refusing help only to get yourself into even bigger problems. I mean, if this was just a thing in one work, I would’ve let it slide, but this shit literally happens in every single one
