Fair warning. The ending of this manhwa isn't satisfying. It just ends. After all the heartbreak, emotions and build up.
Not cancelled and I don't think it was rushed either, it just felt like that they didn't bother with explaining the ending at all. Manhwa just didn't feel like it wanted to.
I haven't heard anything about side stories etc. happening. Does anyone know if there will be side stories filling up/explaining the main end that wasn't that good?
I'm not going to spoil specifics, and also I have no idea does the novel have similarly flopped ending, I have heard that it might have. The manhwa ending might even be kinda happier, but I don't know anything other than rumors about the novel... I only know how the manhwa main story ends.
I feel like the prince grew up to be kinda of a dick. Nothing charming about him. He should have level up his personality instead swordsmanship skills.
Why this is so high rated? Why people say this is GREEN FLAG? That is a lie.
Not only that the official translation is garbage to read, giving a person headache (or was the original that badly written?)... The whole thing gives you anxiety... Forced to live with your stalker that is just blackmailing and sexually abusing you from the start?
Have people gotten so use to rape that this is somehow romantic to them?
How this is supposed to be good?
I would be more OK if this was some mafia etc. thing, because that is what you expect from those kinda stories, but this didn't sell itself as something like that.
I think this series is cursed... So many translators and now upload problems even before this has reached 20 chapters?

Weird how all of them are in the main title like that, like the hounds are the main characters... Unless the ending game really is the take-over and Guwon's doom.

And I still think the whole "safe" place in this world is pointless endeavor, because of lack of any type of army or medical facilities etc... Everyone seems to be already carrying the virus what ever.

It's still hard to imagine much of an ending to this series. At least happy ending feels impossible. It could be that the whole thing just keeps going like Sisyphus at the end, and we will never get an actual end.
Maybe Guwon is repeating this same story and situation, with small changes, and Teach is a big change that never happened before? Or Guwon didn't let it happen before but this time he does? And then it starts over again.

Do they live as long as IRL humans or longer?
Because feels like MC hasn't aged at all and was born like that, with the scar in his face. He keeps looking around 30s.
I think we did get quite a lot of info from first two chapters, unless I'm totally wrong:
The knight was ordinally a man/boy whore or something similar... He raised from the bottom to be loyal knight to the king. He really doesn't have any society or nobility level of power, either he is originally from fallen house or basic commoner. Maybe a bastard, but I doubt that, because even bastards often have some status power.
This is me partially guessing from the hints we get only in two chapters. The MC is barely a knight, at least non-noble one and can't actually fight against anyone without backing of a royal or noble - despite his higher rank in an army. It doesn't matter if you are strong knight if you can't hit anyone.
He was tricked by the Duke to be part of rebellion, thinking that Duke has his backing. But he and his men were just scapegoats. And the prince who was sent as a hostage in a another country is disappointed, because he was ready to do the rebellion himself.
I'm not sure how the dead Duke's son knows so well about MCs past (what I suspect is MC being a boy whore etc.)... Maybe Duke family sponsored him so he could get into training to be knight? That would make sense why MC trusted to rebel with the Duke, not just what MC has to do because order of the king.
Everyone is just mad.
At this point I don't see how the people in the whole community are any different from the ones with that random disease? All have some mental problems, it seems to show more outside in people who also got(?) physically stronger - but not like any of the "normal" people seem to be sane either.
And maybe that is the point. Everyone is already sick, going crazy, and it's pointless like the Sisyphus bolder. All of them are crazy hounds.
(Sidenote: It's really hard to imagine any satisfying ending for this story how it's right now, and I start to suspect that is also the point.)
Do we actually need that long of a backstory what happened?
It could have been done much shorter, and we still have felt the impact, and got enough info. There already have been some hints about MC so we don't really need it to be this long.
Or is this just another trick for Korean companies to sell more chapters? Usually dragging happens more in popular Josei stories, while BL stories just drag smut so much that even many of the horny people start to get bored.
Please, please, please... Let the ML be the one who falls first.

But in this I would like the best option, ML falls first and hard.

They did it first time in dungeon. Not some fancy modern dungeon for hunters, I mean old grimy one for prisoners.

Has anyone figured out the name of this series? I understand all the words and I basically know the story of Sisyphus (not in detail). But still I can't really connect anything. Is this Sisyphus before or after the punishment anyway…?
I have some light theories, but nothing coherent enough.

Is ML trying to promote our MC from pawn to knight? From half-vampire to vampire to win against other gold eyes? Or is another chess title just author trying to sound more intelligent, like usually with all specific chess titles when it comes to manhwa?
To me MC doesn't seem that stupid, he is quite normal... Problem is that to him all the ghosts look mostly same as the living people.
He has no ways to recognize that it's something else... It feels like that is what story trying to tell, not that he is stupid, he doesn't have any awareness because that part is completely missing.
And not like ML really helping MC to learn to be aware... ML is being just an arsehole.
But seems that ML thinks MC some kinda back up body at this point, so we probably don't get grovelling/regrets arc and this going to be full dynamic?
