Girl, I was thinking the same thing. What is that attitude for real? He can do whatever he wants, cross any boundaries, and act like a prick, but no one else can? I don't understand people who get confused about this "incest" thing when it's not incest. They are not blood related so it's not incest. It's only incest if you share a blood relation to the person. Also why would you think it's not going to include Yuri it's clear he said he wants all 3 and they have agreed to it so what's confusing you?

If they grew up together, as brothers. That's still going to be incest because they were considered and considered each other brothers. Just because they aren't blood related doesn't mean they aren't brothers? So it's definitely a form of incest.

So imagine a guy let's name him Tom. Tom has an adopted older brother that had been with him since birth. Theygrew up as normal sibling, treated as such by their parents Eventually when Tom is 20 he decides to marry his adopted older brother. How is that situation any different from blood related incest???

Last thing, but it's definitely just opinionated on whether you think it's incest or not. By law, step/none blood related siblings relationships aren't incest. But that doesn't stop people from thinking it is, especially if they were raised together. It's definitely not some sort of weird kink, it's just people thinking it's weird and incestual. They are brothers. Yuri called the mc ‘brother’. They are LEGALLY brothers. Blood related or not, if someone is your family member and you get with them, consensually or not, it’s incest. You pulled that up from a legal dictionary of one state, so I'm going to assume that's the legal law of your place/country. I guess it's also my fault for not being clear (albeit I did imply that I'm referring to the legality of it).

Like I said, incest laws differ each country and for SOME country (most likely NOT your country, since that's where you pulled up your 'proper definition') blood relations are NOT the only thing used to classify incest.

This should be clear enough for you to understand that what's incest in YOUR country or place of birth, is NOT the same as what's incest for the rest of us in countries where blood relationship isn't the only consideration (eg. as I said, in ours even those between adopted siblings w/ no blood relationship = incest).

It could also be their own personal moral code classifies those relationship as against public policy/indecent, being in the same household and all, so their own moral code is disgusted by it.

No, I was using your logic to build a hypothetical. I for one think it is incest if you're blood related or raised as that person's sibling/parent/family member. Now please answer the question, what is the relavent difference between a blood related brother-brother relationship and an adopted brother-brother relationship that makes the latter not incest?

I had an example of this in high school and I'm always grateful that the couple only ever went out with each other. We had a few jump scares when they went on their seasonal breakup routine and proceeded to date/hookup with the other people (this caused a bunch of issues as even a few days with one of them was enough to cause issues with the new partners emotional state). But they always returned to one another so in the end most of us finished high school unscathed.
